Fundraising is a fundamental way to help our local community prosper. We have made it our mission to bring quality, respectability, honesty and fun to fundraising.
We both have advanced degrees and worked in the corporate world until it was time to take some time off to do the ultimate job right, raising our kids. Along the way, we have been very involved with our kids' schools. We both hold positions in school PTAs and have for years, it's just something we believe in. Helping schools and kids is rewarding and just plain necessary. After being involved in several school fundraisers and large fundraising events (some taking in over $250,000), we were pretty aware of what was involved, but were often not satisfied with the products or incentives and felt there had to be a better way...
With the kids now a little older, we started Selective Fundraising. We are selective when it comes to our products. We are selective when it comes to our incentives. We are selective when it comes to great service.
We strive to offer a manageable selection of amazing products in an assortment that has something for everyone. We are very selective when it comes to choosing our Giving Tree products. We search for products that are special, products we love and would want to buy ourselves and be proud to offer our friends. As it turns out, our suppliers are mostly family-run American companies who take great pride in what they do. It is our goal to have supporters asking when the next fundraiser is.
We are also very selective with incentives. We feel strongly that fundraising is an excellent opportunity to help teach our youth the value and pleasure that helping others can provide. Our incentive programs steer away from novelty toys. Instead, we reward our budding philanthropist sellers with extreme fun that helps them not only work together but also celebrate success together. All of our incentive packages are customized to fit your organization's goals.
